Yes, Nebraska has an Irish Capital. The city of O'Neill is home to the largest shamrock in the world giving them plenty of reason to drink, sing and be merry for the day of St. Patrick. Beginning Friday night, celebration extends late into Saturday night with carnivals, fun runs and live music. And parents can breath a sigh of relief as the Little Tots Daycare center will be open for business ALL NIGHT.
