Fashionable feminists from across the pond came together last week to celebrate 100 years of women's suffrage in Britain. With a chic afternoon tea party, of course.

Hosted as part of Liberty London's ongoing Women of Liberty campaign, which celebrates the forward-thinking British women of the past, present, and future, the exclusive event also marked the launch of an empowering new collection with New York's own politically outspoken sweater label, Lingua Franca. Joined by their shared philosophy of progress and equality, the two coveted brands have collaborated on a special knit design that boasts the hand-embroidered message "Mothers, Daughters, Rebels."

Lingua Franca founder Rachelle Hruska MacPherson (who also owns GofG, FYI), was in attendance alongside London's well-heeled style set, including Georgina Cohen, Serena Hood, Adriana Chryssicopoulos, and Hayley Bloomingdale.
