The panel admitted to the audience that style isn’t about owning all of the most expensive pieces or copying looks straight off the runway, it’s more about defining a sense of who you are.
"Once you evolve a style then I think it’s very easy then to pick and mix," explained Chambers, "to have something expensive and something cheap. I don’t think you have to have money to be stylish."
The difference between fashion and style became apparent as the talk went on,
"Style is about self- expression but I think in order to do that you have to have a self to express! You have to know what you want to say." Chambers went on to note that style is "about evolving yourself as a person, then knowing how to express yourself because you know yourself as a person."
