Inside The "Rebel" Opening, The Smutty James Franco-Curated Art Show For MOCA

The Art

Between the mega-billboard-size image of the elderly couple going down on each other on JF Chen's facade, the Chateau Marmont prototype with its various bungalows in the space, naked blow-up sex dolls throughout, video projections, motorcycle floating in a swimming pool installation, and general Franco-ness that pervades the exhibition, Rebel has much to take in and digest and is something worth seeing whether or not smutty art is your cup of tea.

Rebel is on display at JF Chen and open to the public for free admission until June 23.
