Scot Heywood: A Survey of Small Paintings. Heywood has created geometric abstract paintings for over 30 years using limited colors. The only dissonance in the pieces would be the solid colored strips cutting through the blocks of painting and the shift of sections in his work. The small shadows against the white backdrop gives a slight complexity to Heywood's work.
