3. Physical Fitness
Don't get me wrong; there's enough superficiality in this town without us telling you who is and isn't allowed to let it all hang out at a pool party. That's not what we mean here. But no matter your level of physical fitness, you can make solid gains simply by showing up. From maxing out your biceps by repeatedly lifting a coconut full of rum to your lips to the full core workout of a chicken fight, there's plenty to keep your muscles engaged, and unlike Crossfit, you're only going to throw up if you had a really good time.
