| Description |
Los Angeles Bartenders are encouraged to come to the JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE for a FREE training session with Celebrity Mixologist and Author, Tony Abou Ganim. Participants will work with Ganim for two hours, prepare an original recipe featuring Coco Lopez’ Cream of Coconut and submit their recipe for a chance to be the Los Angeles finalist of the 2010 Taste The Tropics Challenge. 12 Finalists will be chosen to participate in the “Mix-Off” which will occur at 4:30 PM in The Mixing Room. The top three finalists will be given a secret ingredient to work into their recipes and the winner of the Los Angeles “Mix-Off” will be flown to Miami, Florida to compete in the Grand Finale Competition on September 30, 2010.
