It's that time of year again! The Forbes 100 Celebrity List 2011 is published and it is time to celebrate the most powerful celebrities that have climbed to the top the list. Oprah Winfrey has finally been knocked out of the number one spot by Lady Gaga and applause, props, recognition and awards are in order. The celebration will be on Wednesday June 8th, 2011 from 7-10PM at Drai's Hollywood (The W Hotel)
