| Description |
In celebration of the Italian holiday Ferragosto, chef Andrea Cavaliere will host a whole porchetta roast at this West Hollywood restaurant. Cavaliere’s 200-pound pig will be deboned and stuffed with garlic, rosemary and fennel before being roasted over an open fire. The pork will be served with fresh applesauce and wood-oven-roasted potatoes.
