Purity Ring
As you can see, Canadian experimental "witch house" artists Purity Ring play a weird, self-created instrument that's kind of like a cross between an electronic drum kit and the lighting aisle of a Home Depot. They also wear clothes that they themselves design and sew when on stage. As far as I'm concerned, the jury is still out on whether this is creative and fun, or unbearably pretentious.
