There were many up and coming actors who were honored, but the best young actor/actress winner, Jacob Tremblay from Room, certainly touched our hearts. The nine-year-old was very confident and thankful, noting that this was the best day of his life. While he managed to keep his cool, he mentioned that after receiving the award his mother “was screaming so [ much, he] couldn’t understand her.”
