Inside The Opening Reception For "50 Years Of The Rolling Stones" At PROJECT Gallery

Ed Westwick Formed in '60s, The Rolling Stones are without question one of the most iconic rock 'n' roll bands of all time, and are still kicking with a new album and an announcement of a major tour expected for Wednesday.  To celebrate half a century of Stones, last night Hollywood's PROJECT Gallery hosted the opening reception for 50 Years of The Rolling Stones: A Rock and Roll Retrospective photography exhibition. Fashionable guests donning their rocker-chic attire for a first look at some exclusive and never-before-seen photos of the band shot by renowned photographers Ken Regan, Philip Townsend, Barrie Wentzell, Ethan Russell, Neal Preston, Lynn Goldsmith and others who photographed the group throughout their career. Ed Westwick, Melissa Claire Egan and Brandon Boyd were among the swarm of artists, and L.A. movers and shakers who stepped out to PROJECT Gallery for the opening where they were able to take in all the rare photos of the Stones from their early boyish days in England to present-day portraits of the band mates. While admiring and daydreaming about the back story of each epic photograph, patrons were treated to libations courtesy of Jameson Irish Whiskey and nibbled on finger foods by St. Felix.
