Based on the size of the crowds, the highlight of the weekend for fans of the old school and the new bangers may have been the laser-filled space age trip led by electro-stoner-rapper Kid Cudi. All in all, it's evident that Rock The Bells, in its new incarnation as an all-weekend festival, has something for everyone, and a clear role to fill in the summer music fest scene.
