I don't think it's unfair to say that L.A. is far, far different from New Orleans. While we're still a relatively young city that celebrates the new, the stylish, and the trendy, N'Awlins is a center of revered traditions and timeless appeal, where customs are passed down through generations, and the city has a soul of its own. But these differing sets of ideals don't conflict as much as you might think once you realize just how much both towns love a great party, and it was in that spirit of festivity that Glow Ultra Lounge, MAX Entertainment and Berry Bly Productions threw down with their Mardi Gras extravaganza on Saturday. I think New Orleans might be proud.
