This year's Denim & Diamonds for Autism event honored actor Joe Mantegna and TV exec Steve Mauldin with awards for their their contributions to ACT Today!. Celebrity guests like Shemar Moore, Bonnie Hunt, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Lou Diamond Phillips and A.J. Cook hit the red carpet before enjoying silent and live auctions, a cocktail reception and dinner, as well as a live musical performance by acclaimed singer-songwriter Brian McKnight with the night's proceeds all benefiting ACT Today!'s cause.
Thanks to all who came out for what might have only seemed like a swanky evening in Malibu, children with autism and their families will receive direct help in the form of much needed medical care, therapy and equipment with funds raised at this year's Denim & Diamonds.
