Who is your superhero and why? It has to be between my mom and my grandma. My grandma did not have an easy life, she had a lot of obstacles and turmoil that she had to go through, but she was always the most positive, strong, and inspiring woman to me. My mom is too, I love my mom, but I would have to say my grandma. Sorry mom!What does this organization mean to you? Lupus LA is huge not only because they raise money for the research, but they also raise awareness. My first time finding out about lupus was at one of the Orange Balls maybe 10 years ago. I was invited and I came and learned that this is something that affects mostly women, only 10% of those effected are men. In life you always want to be more aware and I think that’s why this event is so important because it does attract a lot of people in the industry who have their own voice and can help the cause.
