He did not let the light, spirited vibe of Transmission LA's final music event suffer in the face of tragedy, but instead drew on the fallen music icon for the evening's high point. In what we have to believe would make MCA and his fellow Beasties proud, the energy of the crowd peaked during Diplo's set when he followed Tyga's "Rack City" with their hit "Intergalactic," inspiring the loudest and most don't-care-who-sees-me dance moves of the night.
