Tucked away in the boutique Maison 140 hotel in Beverly Hills is Bar Noir where they take their absinthe very seriously. From 5pm to 7pm, they hold their daily absinthe happy hour where all absinthe cocktails are half off and made from the authentic vintage absinthe fountain. Bar Noir's bartenders concoct their green liquor cocktails the old fashioned way with special absinthe spoons, sugar cubes and flames.
