Like her hit song suggests, Ciara loves a good "Body Party," which is certainly what we'd call this J. Mendel graphic gown. See-through and heavily patterned, the dress was one of the most stand-out of the night, though Ciara cleverly went super minimal as far as makeup and accessories.
