Komodo started as a food truck in 2009 before going brick & mortar. Chef Erwin Tjahyadi’s French cuisine training, combined with his Indonesian heritage and love for Mexican food make for quite the food fusion. The Komodo 2.0 tacos with a side of truffle fries are a definite go-to order.
