Kogi is basically the granddaddy of all food trucks. Chef Roy Choi and his Kogi trucks are the poster children for the "Food Truck Renaissance." Chef Roy was even the inspiration behind this year’s film Chef, directed by and starring Jon Favreau. What should you try? Probably one of everything. But if you had to pick, I’d go with the short rib tacos, blue moon mulitas, and a chocolate tresleches cake for dessert.
