Chef Jessica Koslow is the woman behind one of L.A.'s latest hot spots, Sqirl. Famous for their jams and preserves, Sqirl’s philosophy revolves around sustainability and working with family-owned farms that use certified organic methods. Sqirl has made it onto several “Best Restaurant in L.A.” lists, while Chef Jessica has been nominated for Food & Wine’s People’s Choice Chef and was named Los Angeles Rising Star by Star Chefs magazine.
