Chef Richard Blais is taking the culinary world by storm from Atlanta to L.A. He is the founder of creative culinary company Trail Blais, his cookbook was nominated for a 2014 James Beard Award, and he hosts the new TV show, "Cook Your Ass Off." Chef Richard has also recently opened his first restaurant on the West Coast, Juniper & Ivy, located in San Diego.
