The Ice Cream Lab evokes a little bit of a Jimmy Neutron vibe, but their ice cream creations are not to be missed. The Lab creates their yummy treats with a "molecular gastronomy cooking concept." Essentially, they use a liquid nitrogen preparation style to instantly freeze natural ingredients into ice cream. Every customer’s ice cream is made to order, and is therefore always fresh! Despite all the science-y stuff, we do know that the results are delicious. I scream, you scream, we all scream for some Ice Cream Lab ice cream!
