Sure, we have by CHLOE., but this wave of vegan and gluten free places came from (you guessed it!) LA. We all know LA basically invented veganism because they're all cool and environmental (we're working on it), but it comes as no surprise that New York brought this trend over to the East Coast. And now, everyone has chic "dietary restrictions."
