Rusko at The Music Box

Maybe, just maybe, you didn't get all of the crazy out of your system over the last two weeks. Maybe you're a beat addict looking for a thumping dance party with enough bass to compress your internal organs to infinite density. If that sounds about right, you're probably already anticipating the return (after a 4-year break) of Funktion Wednesdays. Well, they're back starting tonight, and they're kicking it off with much-beloved DJ/producer Rusko, who promises to bring his "Cockney Thug" posture and electronic insanity to The Music Box. If you're not familiar with Rusko, just know that he does danceable, fun, upbeat dubstep that refreshingly doesn't sound like the soundtrack to a Hostel movie. Not bad for a Wednesday.
