Why: The annual Pasadena Chalk Festival welcomes more than 600 artists to create spectacular murals on the pavement encompassing two city blocks at Paseo Colorado shopping center. The festival will benefit the community arts programs of the Light Bringer Project. Watch artists at work, enjoy live music, shop and dine!
