Fun In The Sun: Manhattan Beach Events To Check Out This Summer

Think you can make a decent sandcastle? Think again. The Manhattan Beach Sandcastle Design Contest is where beachside works of art are formed. Serious sand sculptors and young artists participate in this cutthroat competition. Sandcastles with detailed architecture and design are judged against each other in the categories of “best castle,” “best sculpture,” and “best dribble.” All ages are encouraged to participate.
