House Parties
If you get an invite, don't even think about it, just go. House parties are bound to bring swarms of new people together and in turn, potential love connections. Just think: if each invited guest brings a friend (and maybe that friend is you), the party is likely to boast a whole crop of individuals you may have never seen before. We all know how difficult it can be to meet new people in this town but since this is an organized social gathering, guests are extra keen on introducing friends and getting their outsider +1's comfortable and acquainted with the party. And as opposed to meeting a stranger out in public, a private gathering means there are likely no more than a few degrees of separation between you and anyone else there. Aside from the possibility of making new connections, house parties are awesome, cheap (if not free), and have an unmistakeable "anything goes" vibe, so you should be going to them anyway.
