Betty B. Dearing Trail/Fryman Canyon at Wilacre Park in Studio City
After a steep incline to get you up the mountain at the beginning of the trail, you're in for a well-shaded, easy hike that takes you between and along Laurel Canyon, Coldwater Canyon and Mulholland Drive. Just on the other side of Hollywood, the trail offers panoramic views of the Valley and
access to Coldwater Canyon's TreePeople "Rainforest" Trail.
Access Points: 3453 Fryman Road, Studio City. Park for free in the lot on Fryman Road west of Laurel and enter at the trail at the Betty B. Dearing Trail sign.
Distance: Slightly under 3 miles round-trip.
