After developing a love for juicing at home, Mari Holden Saltenpour decided to share her skills with the thirsty masses and opened Liquid Juice Bar. You may not find Saltenpour jamming kale down the press nowadays, but you will find a highly knowledgeable staff willing to walk you through the menu and make substitutions without a snarky attitude.
