8. iVictrola For iPhone/iPad

iVictrola [photo via] How dope is this thing?!? I'd take this over the finest sound system Best Buy has to offer in a heartbeat. And of course there's a long wait list for them because a lot of other people recognized the magic of the iVictrola iPhone amplifier that's also a sick art piece for a room. It requires no power because its sound is completely acoustic—don't ask me how, it just is. Each is one-of-a-kind, made by NYC-based designer Matt Richmond who builds them using authentic vintage horns from old phonographs and radios. He also makes a version to fit iPads but I want the iPhone one, preferably with a polished finish but I'd take whatever I can get.
