I've never been so passionate about something, whether it's in sports, a musical act, an actor, or teen heartthrob to hold up signs expressing my enthusiasm and devotion in public. I'm just not the kind of person, but I do have a certain amount of respect for young kids who do. Whatever it is they're all jazzed about, at least they've found something they care about and that inspires them, even if it may verge on the extreme. Eventually they will grow out of their obsession with things like Twilight and pack up the Cullen shrine in their room in due time. I'm not worried about them and believe they're going to be fine and grow up to be healthy, functioning members of society for the most part. But what concerns me are the grownups.
