The Spare Room
Right in the mezzanine level of the famed Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel you'll find The Spare Room, a modern gaming parlor and cocktail hotspot which uses only fresh, homemade juices and organic in-house ingredients for creations such as the lavender-honey infused gin. Most notable is the
Hot Buttered Bourbon: salt caramel syrup, blood orange essence, and bitters, the perfect holiday libation. And of course you're more than welcome to slip on a pair of two-toned Oxfords and hit the bowling lanes, though I suspect gutterball-to-cocktail-ratio is inversely proportional.
