Cher's Outfit
Cher attended the 1986 Oscars looking like a cross between a Disney villain, a feather duster, and the floor of a Vegas nightclub, setting the bar really, really high for outrageous awards show dresses. And while there's only been a few since that could really rival this monstrosity, we're grateful for it; after all, without bad fashion choices, we would really have nothing on Monday morning to talk about.
