Other Details: The man that taught us all about doughnuts and power plants will remain forever honored and immortalized by having a plaque that lies beneath the wheels of questionable hot dog carts and wedge heels of wobbly drunk girls. Coming off the high of the show's 500th episode celebration, creator of "The Simpsons" Matt Groening got his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday where Homer and Bart even made appearances for the occasion.
