Other Details: To launch the second phase of Gibson GuitarTown's project to raise money for charity, last night Gibson invited legendary guitar master Slash to unveil the new pieces. The project, which places these 10-foot-tall guitars along Sunset Strip as installations to eventually be sold for charity, unveiled nine new guitars with the help of Slash last night that will become the next installment of the public art project to benefit Los Angeles Youth Network, with each painted by a noted street artist in honor of their personal and musical inspirations.
