The hipster coffee bar uses Direct Trade coffee beans to prepare whole bean coffee, various approaches to brewed coffee, and carefully prepared espresso. Intelligentsia's Baristas also adds a hint of intelligence to create their own version of hot chocolate - with ganache of 60% TCHO dark chocolate, heavy cream, with a waterfall of decorative steamed milk that can only be pulled off by a true barista.
