Two Boots
It is no secret that this pizzeria is an artistic spectacle in itself. Those familiar with the Echo Park location will remember the bright stained glass windows, quirky pictures and adornments, and of course the nonsensical, grandiose mural on the right. The eye-catching funky swag of Two Boots carries onto their tasty pies, whose names honor a groovy set of icons such as Cleopatra Jones, Larry Tate, and Tony Clifton. This is most definitely a New York-style pizzeria with an experimental twist. "The Dude," one of their more popular pizzas, redefines junk food with a cajun bacon cheeseburger pie of tasso, ground beef, cheddar, and mozzarella. If this isn't the place that'll get you salivating, we don't know what will!
