Coolhaus ice cream, which first wowed customers with its debut at Coachella in 2009, is an ice cream truck phenomenon that has spread throughout the city. Owners Freya and Natasha have decked out old postal trucks to make awesome ice cream trucks serving up their delicious ice cream sandwiches. The unique ice cream flavors, like beer & pretzels and white Russian, are incredible on their own, but they also go perfectly with their freshly baked cookies. Check out their
