La Cevicheria
Although the chefs of La Cevicheria are from Guatemala, a country less known for its ceviche then others, they are doing something very right because their Bloody Clam ceviche is huge hit. The Bloody Clam is served in a cocktail glass with diced tomatoes, mint, onions, shrimp, squid, octopus, and bloody clams marinated in Worcestershire sauce.
