Sushi Roku
Another popular L.A. sushi spot that's expanded to include multiple locations around the city, Sushi Roku offers a Baked Crab Hand Roll that anyone who likes seafood would enjoy. Pulled crab meat is wrapped up with a touch of mayo in white rice and soy paper. What makes Sushi Roku's roll different is its rice which is mixed with vinegar, adding a light acidity and sweetness to complement the buttery crab meat.
