A quiet and wildly underrated sushi cafe on Robertson in Beverly Hills, Raw serves some of our favorite sushi dishes, including their delicious Baked Crab and Blue Hand Rolls. The former consists of sweet crab meat baked in mayo with a slice of fresh avocado and warm rice wrapped in soy paper. Meanwhile, the Blue Crab Hand Roll includes cold blue crab meat lightly dressed in mayo with a slice of avocado and rice rolled up into crispy seaweed.
