2. Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills
One of the hotels in Beverly Hills tucked away in the residential areas, the Avalon Hotel hardly looks it from the outside. My personal favorite from the Avalon's happy hour menu is the truffle fries; delicious and a steal (relatively, it's Beverly Hills) at $5. And with beers for $4, wines for $5 and cocktails for $6, this is certainly one of the most reasonable happy hours in the area.
