There's a reason people love this coffee and line up out the door to order. I was at the east side location on Sunday and let me tell you, Silver Lake was in full effect: Missy Elliott among the other hip-hop was thumping, 'staches for days, nerd dates and beanies everywhere. They don't have non-fat skim milk because they need it to have a little bit of fat for the steaming or something. I don't really understand the reason, nor do I care even, though I've been known to send back lattes with whole/low-fat milk (I can totally tell the difference and I do not like it) because whatever is it they are doing tastes great. Best damn cappuccino I've had in a while.
