We can't say we weren't warned about Jack White. After all, in an impromptu tune-up show at the Mayan tacked onto the front of his Blunderbuss tour, those lucky enough to snag tickets (a group including Axl Rose and Gary Oldman) were treated to a dynamic blowout of a show featuring songs both new and old, a six-piece all-female backup band, and a copious amount of rock star swagger from a musician who's earned the respect of his peers from all generations. Well, the tour has swung back into town for its originally scheduled dates, two nights (he plays a second show a day later on the 31st) at The Wiltern, and if the last go-around was any indication, we expect K-Town to be rocking extremely hard for the next 48 hours or so.
