The Killers at LA Sports Arena

Born out of "Sin City" (Las Vegas), The Killers keep coming out with new hits and albums since their humble beginnings in 2001. Although I am a very loyal fan of Hot Fuss (2004), their new album kicks ass and really gets the nostalgia of high school shenanigans when their tracks were the soundtrack to our underage debauchery kicking. So as you can see, I am all about this band and if you aren't yet, their show at this week is the perfect opportunity to get on board. [Details]
Pyyramids at The Satellite
Pyyramids is the brainchild of Tim Nordwind of OK Go and Drea Smith from He Say/She Say. The two started this project having not even met and ended up with a mystical, intimate sound composed of stripped back instruments mixed with electronic elements, layered with Smith’s chill, yet soulful vocals that give the audience a dreamlike performance. Having only been touring their music since 2012, try and see them this week before they really begin to blow up. [Details]
Little Boots at EchoPlex
This British electro-pop singer/songwriter doll will be putting the bump, bump in the Echoplex this week. Fun fact: Victoria Christina Hesketh named her band Little Boots after a nickname she was given by friends because of her tiny feet. But don't be fooled--the little songstress is packing a huge voice that is sure to impress at any show. [Details] [Photos via, via, via]
