Here On Biz is the brainchild of CEO Nick Smoot and his business partner, Allen Hartwig. The exec-friendly app aims to bring together like-minded professionals in similar fields, in order to make the most of business trips and the many moments of downtime they often provide. After spending a year jetting across the country launching their first startup, Nick and Allen realized how much more productive their travels could be if they spent all those hours of airport delays networking with fellow techies—and thus this social media solution was born.
