Glass and Vine

Glass and Vine opened in 2016 at Peacock Park. Known for his European seafood, meat and veggie dishes, chef Giorgio Rapicavoli has transformed this restaurant into one of the hottest places in town. Try the watermelon salad with lime crema, cotija, toasted corn and cilantro. It's so good we're still thinking about it four months later.

The restaurant is situated in the park with an abundance of outdoor seating along with an indoor dining room. It feels casual yet ritzy and the food definitely tips the scales into the red zone. Each dish is micromanaged, like the sea scallops with cauliflower, hazelnuts, brown butter and roasted lemon. Giorgio's attention to detail is incredible. Try the grilled lamb loin with grilled lettuce and fresh corn. They serve lunch and dinner as well as brunch on the weekends.
