Off The Runway: Where To Eat

Off The Runway: Where To Drink
Although you are in Milan for the fashion, it would be a crime to forget to enjoy the Italian cuisine. Grab a bite at one of these restaurants. Il Montalcino (Via Valenza 17): This restaurant has everything we go to Italy for - good traditional Italian food in the Tuscan style and an atmosphere of romance. Four Seasons (Via Gesù 6/8): Here, Sergio Mei and his staff oversee three, must-eat restaurants - La Veranda for dinner and Il Teatro for brunch in the Sardinian-Italian tradition, and the Chocolate Room for dessert. There is something to fulfill any craving. Chic&go (Via Montenapoleone 25): Yes, this is a panini place, but if you need a bite to eat on the go you should grab the highest-quality panini in the city. They even offer vegetarian and gluten-free paninis if you cannot feast on their fresh lobster, crab, Angus beef, Prato mortadella, and Parma prosciutto crudo. Just Cavalli Cafe (Via L. Camoens): This temple to the flamboyant Roberto Cavalli is filled with lush oriental fabrics, antelope furs, and exotic floral arrangements. It is the perfect place for an evening bite and cocktail between the day's shows and parties. [Photo: Just Cavalli Cafe via]
